The Boaz R. Weinstein Library renovation, headed by HMA2 was completed in January 2013 to the thrill of the Stuyvesant community. HMA2 created a variety of study spaces for the students, including a communal study area, computer area, and lounge. Milder Office furniture for the project includes bookcases, work tables, upright computer stations, and circular tables. Here a few teaser shots courtesy of HMA2.

Working with Tod Williams Billie Tsien Architects, Milder Office is furnishing the offices and meeting rooms in the 25,000sf facility that will also include a sanctuary, living room, classrooms and fellowship hall and catering kitchen. The project is expected to be complete in 2012.

11-11-11 was proved auspicious for the grand opening of the new Tenement Museum Visitor and Education Center at the corner of Orchard and Delancey. The Center offers 10,000 square feet of additional space, including classrooms, a screening room and gallery space. Working closely with Tenement Museum Staff and Perkins Eastman Architects, Milder Office created unique retail fixtures that maximize display space while providing ample storage. Several units are mobile allowing the staff to easily re configure the floor layout. Milder Office has worked with the Tenement Museum for a decade.
